Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms explain how Vowora Wedding Planner (“Vowora” or “the planner”) works and what you and we can expect from each other. The planner is run by Awans Design Solutions (“we”, “us”). By buying the planner or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the planner.

1. What you are buying

You pay once, and you get one account for the planner: a place to plan a wedding with budget, vendors, checklist, guest list, RSVP link and wedding-day schedule. There is no monthly fee. The price shown on the Buy page when you pay (currently RM 1) is the full price for that account.

2. Paying

  • Payment is taken by ToyyibPay, our payment provider, by online banking (FPX) or card. We never see or store your bank or card details.
  • After we receive confirmation of your payment, you get a personal sign-up link. Use it to create your account.
  • Each sign-up link can be used once, either to create a new account or to add your own wedding to an account you already have. Please do not share it.
  • If you paid and did not get your link, contact us at awans.design@gmail.com with the email you used to pay.

3. All sales are final

Because the planner is a digital service that you can use straight away, all sales are final and we do not give refunds. This does not limit any rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

4. Your account, your partner

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
  • You can invite one partner to each wedding you own. Your partner joins at no extra cost, can see and change everything in that wedding, and can be removed by you at any time. Only invite someone you trust.
  • You can own one wedding with your account, and be a partner on one other wedding.
  • Please give correct information when you sign up, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.

5. How long your account is kept

To keep the planner running smoothly for everyone, an account may be deleted, together with the wedding information in it, when either of these happens first:

  • the account has not been used for 12 months; or
  • 2 years have passed since the purchase date. For an account that joined a partner’s wedding without buying, the date counted is the day the account was created.

This is not a refund event. We may try to send a reminder email before deleting an account, but we are not obliged to. Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and its sign-up link cannot be used again. Please download or note down anything you want to keep before then. Signing in now and then keeps your account active, but it does not extend the 2-year limit.

6. Your information and your guests

  • The wedding information you enter belongs to you. We only use it to run the planner for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • When you add your guests’ names, phone numbers or replies, you are responsible for having the right to do so. Please only add what you need to plan your wedding.
  • If you share your guest RSVP link, anyone who has the link can send a reply. Please share it only with your guests.
  • We recommend you keep your own copy of anything important. We take care of your data, but we cannot promise that nothing will ever be lost.

7. Please do not

  • use the planner for anything unlawful, or to harass or deceive other people;
  • try to get into other people’s accounts or weddings, or to break, overload or reverse-engineer the planner;
  • copy, resell or re-publish the planner, its designs or its artwork;
  • use bots or scripts to create accounts or send messages.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the planner available and useful, but it is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time. Please check important dates, vendor details and payments yourself, because the planner is a tool to help you and does not replace your own checking.

9. Our responsibility

We are not responsible for losses that come from things outside our reasonable control, from wrong information entered into the planner, or from decisions you make about your wedding or your vendors. Where the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about the planner is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the planner after a change, you accept the new terms. For a big change, we will try to tell you inside the planner or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia.
